By playing Flocklet you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The game
Flocklet is free to play. We may change it, pause it or stop it at any time. The answer lists are made with care but will sometimes miss a fair answer or rank one oddly. Scores, ranks and “spotted by” figures are for fun and carry no prize.
Each day can be played once, and your finished run is your result for it. For now, your place among other players and the “spotted by” figures are estimates, not counts of real players.
Playing fair
Please don’t:
- use scripts or bots to play, or to pull answers or data from the site;
- send false or automated game results, or overload the site;
- try to get into parts of the site or its data that aren’t meant for players.
We may block traffic that does these things.
What you type
For now your answers stay on your device (see the privacy policy). If we later collect answers to improve the lists or show real figures, we’ll say so there first. Either way, don’t type anything personal.
Ours and others’
The game, its design, artwork, sounds and code belong to Flocklet. The answer lists draw on Wikipedia and Wikidata, whose contributors we thank. Names of people, places, products and works belong to their owners, and their appearance in the game doesn’t mean they endorse it.
No guarantees
Flocklet is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using or not being able to use the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes, and playing after that means you accept the new terms.
